InterSel meeting in Annecy

TRAIN 

The site is situated to on the SNCF line St. Gervais (direct since Paris and probably of other cities). 
Ideal arrival station : La Roche sur Foron, to 13 km of the site. We foresaw a shuttle there by car, on demand in advance. has a station also in Evires (6 km of the site) but this one is only gone against little, and by bus. Counseled therefore not.

LODGING 

On the site, we have about 5000 m² of campground. We should arrange water-closed and showers. 
We won't have any dormitories there. We will have a small ten of beds in a house to 2 km of the site, at our host. We will reserve them in priority to people having the physical problems or health. 
Some of our adherents will propose some lodgings at home, essentially on Annecy. 
We are constituting a list of the campings, lodgings, rooms of hosts, inns and hotels of the corner. 
We will send this list on Internet as soon as possible. 
So, we find other possibilities thereafter, we will make them know on Internet. 

FASHION OF WORKING 

After the experience of Plazac, we wished to put one fashion of working, on the site, in the same mind, in place: Self-management and involvement. 
We will share the daily tasks on the basis of «each gives a working hour per day of presence». These working hours can be regrouped or no. Each will appear on the proposed plannings. 
The Young will also be implied: We will propose them different tasks (especially for the preservation of the environment) and that will be rewarded of different ways. 

TARIFFS 

THE BIG LINES OF OUR BUDGETARY CHOICE: 

• - Not of profits on the meals, price to the just to allow all to benefit from this 
• - The barroom, the drinks, ices, the cakes…: about 25% of margin 
• - The cost of involvement: Calculated to the just of that that each can accept and according to the committed expenses, knowing that we only have an idea very wave of the real involvement. 
  

INTERDEPENDENT AND EQUITABLE ECONOMY: 

For our purchases of products and food, renting of materials, we will give the priority to the enterprises, trades and local producers who work in the respect the nature, the plants, the animals and that practice the fairness of the prices. 

INVOLVEMENT: 

The cost of involvement (SEL-LETs and people) serves to cover the cost of the infrastructures (renting of the places, planning) and the consumptions of energy. Valued Budget: about 13.000 F. 
Individual involvement : 1,20 euro / adult / day – 0,60 euro / child / day 
All particular cases will be studied 

MEAL: 

The meals will be on the whole «bio», but for some regional dishes, we estimate that the local production quality (AOC, stamps) is very satisfactory. 
We will propose for every meal, a vegetarian variant of quality. 
Note that Arbusigny has a greengrocer (dairy cooperative) bio, the only one of the department. 
Small lunches: 1,50 euros (10 FS) 
Juice of fruit, tea, coffee, chocolate, milk, infusions, cereals, bread, butter, jam,, 
Supplement: 0,75 euro the bowl (5 FS): Yogurt brewed to the fruits (an agriculturist's delight in local dynamic bio!) 
Lunches and dinners: 3,50 euros (23 FS)–Children: 2 euros (13 FS) (same slim, reduced portion) 
One put some specialties there well from our home!. 
Meal of Saturday evening: 7,00 euros (46 FS)–Children: 4 euros (26 FS) 
To the local village hall, on invitation of the Committee of the feasts.

We foresaw a buffet (hot and cold) for Tuesday evening to 2 euros (13 FS). 
The meal of Sunday noon will enclose the meeting.

The cards of enrollments are joined to this presentation. For the participants, to make as many copies as necessary of the cards «Individual» and to give them to every family or group that want to enroll.

MOMENTS OF DISCUSSION 

To facilitate the choice of involvement in the shops of discussion, we thought to distribute them in 5 themes that could be : 

• Theme 1 : the convenient SEL-LETs : Sharing of land experiences, technical, legal aspects, insurances, laws… 
• Theme 2 : SEL-LETs and Future : Projects and innovating experiences in SEL-LETs, what future for SEL-LETs… 
• Theme 3 : SEL-LETs and national Working : Road of SEL-LETs, Road of Practicums, GAME, Sel'Idaire… (of which the AGS) 
• Theme 4 : SEL-LETs and national Organization : Ideas and propositions to the national level, representations… 
• Theme 5 : SEL-LETs and International : The SEL-LETs strangers, the foreign intervening parties, the European, world sites… 

Every theme will have a moment in every morning and afternoon, either 8 topics by theme. 
We wish to organize a 6th theme : The parallel steps : Associations, agricultural, professional unions,… that look for to put a true interdependent and equitable economy in place : Their objectives, their working, their experiences, their successes, their failures… 
We didn't define the timetable of this 6th shop again. Two possibilities: 
1 - same hourly that the other moments of discussion, 
2 - before noon and at the end of afternoon, after the moments of discussion.

We mentioned, except oblivion, all topics proposed until this day. Some themes are already very loaded, will have ourselves maybe to split them. Besides, the order of the shops of the themes 3 and 4 must be studied according to the interaction of some between them. 
Thank you to all authors to send us a text of presentation (2 to 3 lines) to clarify every topic as well as the animator (Name + SEL-LETs). 

ANIMATIONS 

During and outside of the shops of discussion, we foresee various activities of leisures, discovery, détente, walks as well as the visits of a firm bio and the fruit bio (manufacture of the reblochon). 
For those that will wish to make tourist walks, we will propose the main site tablets or circuits of the corner. 
During noon and at the end of afternoon, covoiturage for bathings in Trusting or to the lake of Annecy. 
One WHEAT (Local Stock market of exchange) will be organized Friday at the end of afternoon. You can bring everything that you have to propose there.

EVENINGS 

One already proposed us an evening «DJ–Diapos», an evening «Cabaret» where each will be able to make her spectacle of about ten minutes and the evening of Saturday evening. For the rest, we trust you ! Storytellers, theatr, entertainers, singers, musicians… of all hair: You are the welcome. 
Saturday evening, big evening to the local village hall on invitation of the Committee of the Feasts of Arbusigny: 
Meal and folk evening from Savoie then folk with groups and local musicians and you. 
Open evening to the inhabitants of the township for friendly and rich exchanges. 

BEFORE AND AFTER 

Some of our adherents are ready to welcome you (lodging and/or tourist accompaniment) in the days that previous the Intersel or the days that follow. Then, benefit from this!
